Defensa would like to thank everyone who came out to participate in tryouts over the last few weeks. We’re excited to start the season and can’t wait to see what everyone brings.

If you’re in the Girls 12U /13U bracket (born 2014 or later) and are still looking for a team, we have some spots still open. Contact rob@defensa.ca directly for details.

Defensa aims to make a significant contribution to the growth of volleyball in Canada.  In doing this, we have a structured development model for all athletes and coaches.  All Defensa athletes are trained under the same core foundation of consistent skill development and an athletic style of play, from our grass roots program to our elite level.
