Defensa aims to make a significant contribution to the growth of volleyball in Canada.  In doing this, we have a structured development model for all athletes and coaches.  All Defensa athletes are trained under the same core foundation of consistent skill development and an athletic style of play, from our grass roots program to our elite level.

Canadian athletes are every bit as strong and athletic as any in the world.  At Defensa, we take a systematic approach using similar techniques and coaching styles developed by some of the best coaches and clubs in the world! We are committed to competing within the growing Canadian volleyball system however we believe exposure to top level competition is vital for long term success. With this, we strive to compete within AAU and USAV systems to expose to top level competition.
