This is a serving drill that incorporates aggression, accuracy and conditioning… Ball must be served below height of the pin and land in the back meter of the court for the serve to count. We time this for 2 minutes and the athlete must hit a specific number to make it through the drill. If not, she goes a second or third time. Take your group and split them in half, one group is serving and running, the other group is shagging on handing balls. Lots of ways to make this more or less challenging. (in real life we do shag the balls while the drill is going!)
