Tessa Van Laare is a NCAA National Champion!!!
Huge congrats to Defensa Alumni Athlete Tessa Van Laare and her Calvin College Knights on winning the 2016 NCAA Dlll National Championship last weekend in Wisconsin, we are so proud of you!! We can’t wait to see Tessa back in the gym at our 4th annual Defensa Alumni match over the Holiday break.
MICHAELA REESOR SIGNS 1ST PRO CONTRACT

3 Alumni competing for OUA and RSEQ titles this weekend
3 Defensa Alumni will be competing this weekend in their CIS conference championships. Lauren Mastroluisi, Ina Onat and their McMaster Maurders will be competing in the OUA final four at the university of Toronto, their Semi Final against host U of T kicks of the final four weekend tonight at 6pm. 3rd annual Defensa Alumni Match 2015
On December 23rd we held our 3rd annual Defensa Alumni match, as per usual Team Kevin dominated Team Rob in a 3-0 straight sets victory. Big thanks to all the alumni athletes who put on a great show for our current defensa athletes and parents who came out to support.

Allyssah Fitterer Earns All-North Region Honors
Defensa Alumni Allyssah Fitterer has been named Honorable Mention All-North Region by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA). Fitterer helped MSU to the second round of the NCAA Tournament this season, falling to No. 1 Washington in Seattle on the Huskies' home court. Read the full article >>
